Howdy Ags! First and foremost, I want to congratulate all of our recently accepted Aggies and hope that you are taking a much needed rest this summer before heading down to Aggieland in the Fall. I also want to reach out to our current students and let you know that there are lots of great activities happening in the DC Metro Area this summer with the National Capital Texas A&M Club. Although Aggies have come to love BBQ’s, Howdy Hours, 2 Stepping w/Wil Gravitt and other fun Aggie activities, the main reason the NCTAMC exists is to provide scholarships for incoming and current Texas A&M students. With that being said, the 2009-2010 Scholarship Application is now available on the DC Aggies website. Applications are due July 20, 2009. We encourage all eligible students to apply; scholarship recipients will be announced at the Annual NCTAMC BBQ on July 26th.
