HOWDY! The NCTAMC scholarship deadline is quickly approaching, please make sure all applications are submitted by July 20th. Scholarship recipients will be announced on Sunday, July 26th at the Annual NCTAMC BBQ. We encourage all applicants and their families to attend this great Aggie event. Texas night continues this month (after the Howdy Hour) and gets even better with live music from everyone’s favorite honorary Texas...The Wil Gravatt Band!!! 6) Wil Gravatt at the Legion – July 30
Join the Fightin' Texas Aggies and other displaced Texans to see Wil Gravatt LIVE at the American Legion. Wil and his band play Texas country and other country favorites.

Lauren Echols is from Breckenridge, Texas and graduated from A&M in 2005 with a degree in Ag Development. When she moved to DC in January of 2006, she began her career with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and now works for the USA Rice Federation. Lauren is excited to be the next Vice President of Activities, and hopes to be able to reach out to all members of the National Capital A&M Club in order to help them feel welcome at each Aggie event in the DC area!
