1) September Howdy Hour – Sept 17

September Aggie Howdy Hour will be at Cantina Marina on September 17 at 6:30 p.m. Join us as we say celebrate the return of fall with $4.50 red stripes and lots of Aggie camaraderie. Cantina Marina is located at 600 Water St., SW-- only a short walk from the Waterfront-SEU metro stop.

 

2) Big 12 Kick-Off Thank You

Thanks to all the Ags who came out to support us in the Big 12 Happy Hour... for those of you who were unable to make it, NCTAMC won the coveted fight song competition for the 5th year in a row! Whooop!

 

3) Football Game Watching

Aggie Football Season has arrived.... the Ags looked good in our season opener against New Mexico. The first televised game will be against Arkansas on October 3. The game time and scheduled kickoff have not been announced, but there will be Shiner Bock beer and Blue Bell ice cream at the Grand Slam sports bar at the Hyatt located on 1000 H St NW.

 

4) MD A&M Club Fall Hayride and BBQ

The Maryland A&M Club would like to invite us to participate in their fall hayride and BBQ. For more details pleas see the events section of DCAggies.com.


Location: Butler's Orchard www.butlersorchard.com

Date:  Saturday, October 24, 2009
Time: 5:30pm (Hayride is set for 6pm, so please arrive by 5:30pm)
Cost: $15 Adults, $10 Children
Discount: $2 off adult tickets if 2009 dues paid and $1 for children tickets
