Scholarships

Do you know of a student who is currently enrolled at Texas A&M University (College Station or Galveston) or who will be starting this fall?

Well do we have news for you.

The Club has a scholarship fund, which exists to support the education goals of current and prospective Texas A&M University students.  Scholarships are awarded based upon the applicant’s character, leadership potential, quality of application, and grade point average. The amount of the scholarship award and number of scholarships will be determined based upon the quality of applicants. The application must be received by Saturday, June 30, 2008. If you have any questions about the scholarship application or would like to donate funds to the scholarship, please Email Kelli Usé '07.

 

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

   

• Applicants must be a resident of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area / National Capital Region. 
  
  
• Applicants must be a current student or have been accepted for studies in graduate/undergraduate course work at Texas A&M University at the College Station or Galveston campuses.
  
  
• Previous recipients of the National Capital Texas A&M Club Scholarship may reapply.
  
  
• The award of the scholarship is contingent upon acceptance and enrollment at Texas A&M University or proof of good academic standing with the University.  
  
  
• Applications must be received by July 14, 2009.
