DC Aggies Tubing Trip Saturday, June 22, 2013; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

DC Aggies are ready for summer and to kick things off, we are tubing down the Shenandoah River!  We're going to the same place as last time (Front Royal Canoe Company), and again, we've arranged for bus transportation from Pentagon City.  

$38 pays for your tubing ticket and bus transportation to Front Royal and back to Pentagon City.  If you do not want to take the bus, select the No-Bus Pricing option and you will only be charged $20, which covers just the tubing. 

Seats on the bus are limited, so pre-registration and payment online is required.  (Click here to register)  The deadline is midnight June 19, 2013, or whenever the bus fills up. Sign up while there is still space!

We're going to meet at 9:00 a.m.  in Arlington (Pentagon City):

(Note: this is the large parking lot across the street from Macy's.  Parking is free on Saturday.)

Please get there as close to 9:00 a.m. as possible, so we have time to organize and get on the bus.  The bus will depart at 9:30 am.

VERY IMPORTANT:  A waiver form (both pages) must be signed and submitted before or the day of the event.  (Please click here for waiver form)  Bring a change of clothes for the trip back; we're subject to a fee if we get the seats wet.  Plan to bring any valuables with you on the river (don't leave them on the bus).  Coolers are allowed on the river, but not Styrofoam or glass containers and no flip-flops (shoes must have at least a strap).
